Because our products are made specifically for each customer, all sales are final unless an item arrives defective or incorrect.

Eligible Issues

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective

  • The incorrect item was received (wrong design, size, or product compared to the order confirmation)

Issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Color variation due to screen differences

  • Minor placement or print variations

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Orders delayed due to shipping carriers

  • Orders placed after a group or fundraiser store has closed

How to Request a Resolution

To report an issue, please email us with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item

Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
