Processing & Production Time
All of our items are made to order. Please allow 5-7 business day for production before your order ships. Production time does not include shipping transit time.
Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Timeframes
Once your order has shipped, delivery times vary based on your selected shipping method and location. Estimated transit times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Please note that shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control may occur.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, shipping method, and destination.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue whenever possible.
